Historie

I started out in Feb. of 2017 weighing 465 lbs. I have currently lost 150 lbs and have just finished my first Half IRONMAN in Haines City. The challenges and training that come with preparing for IRONMAN events have helped push me and keep me on track in my weight loss and overall live healthier journey. My ultimate goal is to compete in the full 140.6 Ironman Louisville in October of this year. From 465lbs to IRONMAN in 20 months!!
